Ranking of applicants is determined by order of completed applications received. Once approved, a Cashier's Check/Money Order or Zelle Transfer must be remitted within 72 hours (3 days) of acceptance notification in the amount of $2,990 (1st Month’s Rent + Security Deposit).

Scheduled appointments can be made by calling/texting show contact info between the hours of 9 am – 8 pm, Monday – Saturday. Reservations can be made for Sundays by making special arrangements.
