AVAILABILITY
This home is available as early as October, but we’re flexible on the start date, ideally you’ll move in mid to late October. We're offering a one year agreement, with the option to renew.

NEIGHBORHOOD
Located just steps from Nomad Café, this apartment sits in South Berkeley, nestled between the Temescal and Elmwood neighborhoods. It's a central location with easy access to great parts of both Berkeley and North Oakland. Walk to: the renowned Berkeley Bowl grocery store, Nick’s Pizza for legendary sourdough pies, The Dry Garden Nursery next door, and tons of other great spots for food and fun.
TRANSPORATION
The apartment is a 5 minute walk from Ashby BART station, which gets you to downtown San Francisco in ~30 minutes, downtown Oakland in ~20 minutes, and downtown Berkeley in ~5 minutes. If you prefer the bus, nearby Shattuck Ave is dotted with AC Transit stops.
CONSIDERATIONS
The apartment is on the older side and shows some normal wear and tear. Everything functions well, but if you’re looking for brand new appliances and high end finishes, this may not be the best fit.
We ask that you please keep noise levels low after 10pm for the sake of our neighbors. If you're a night owl, like to throw parties, work a night shift, etc, then sadly this is not the apartment for you.
On-site laundry is not included, but there's a nicely maintained laundromat one block away that's open daily till 9 p.m.
There's plenty of street parking available because we're located on a looped, dead end street. We've never had any issues getting a good spot. Never had break-ins.
