The place is really great. It's private, large, been recently remodeled and has just about everything you would want in a one-bedroom apartment. It has a dishwasher, laundry machine, patio, your own parking space, guest parking, lots of closet space/storage and a view. It's approx 800sf. I don't know the exact number.
I need to find someone in the next 10-15 days, so I am trying to find someone who is serious. If you want to come see it, please let me know and I will set a time with you to come view.
These pictures are with my stuff and I am in the process of packing, so it might not look as neat as it is. It really is a great spot that I have enjoyed for almost two years.
They do allow pets, but I am not sure what additional deposit is needed.
