Small 2bd home on Hayward foothills. Imagine gardening with your family with the bay breeze and great views of the San Francisco Bay (both Dumbarton and San Mateo bridges are visible). Driving time is 25-30 mins to Menlo Park/Redwood City/San Jose (without traffic). Located on a cul-de-sac with friendly neighbors whom we know for 15+ years. Many fruit trees with a dozen of varieties (persimmon, loquat, mulberry, plums...) and large gardening space for veggies with a small greenhouse. Availability expected early September. 3-mo lease and then monthly. Deposit $2950, E-mail only. Before submitting an application, please e-mail brief info on rental history, who will be staying, employer/school, income eligibility, credit score, and expected move in date. Thank you.

We do thorough background check and employer/income verification and require the first and the last month's rent, and the deposit (total $8850) to move in.
