We are located right off Interstate 80, West of Sacramento and East of San Francisco.
If you are coming from North of Fairfield, follow I-80 W to exit 43 for Suisun parkway toward CA-12 E/Rio Vista. Turn right onto Chadbourne Rd. Continue onto Suisun Pkwy which becomes Business Center Dr. We are on the right. If you are coming from south of Fairfield, follow I-80 E to Chadbourne Rd. Take exit 44A. Turn left onto Chadbourne Rd and continue onto Suisun Pkwy which becomes Business Center Dr. We are on the right.

Pet Policy

We welcome two pets per apartment home. Cats and dogs are welcome, while poisonous and exotic animals are excluded. No weight restrictions. There is no pet deposit. There is a monthly pet fee of $50. You are welcome to add new furry friends that join your family at any point in your lease. Additionally, after you submit your application you will be asked to set up a profile on PetScreening.com, regardless of whether your pet is an assistance animal or not. Non-assistance animals will be charged a non-refundable animal application fee of $20 paid directly to PetScreening.com. Breed Restrictions: Akitas, American Bulldog, Boxer, Cane Corsos, Chowchows, Dobermans, Dalmatian, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, Karelian Bear Dog, Malamutes, Mastiff, Pit Bulls, Presa Canario, Rottweilers, St. Bernard, Staffordshire Terriers, any Wolf Breed. We reserve the right to restrict breeds. Pets may be viewed by Management prior to approval. We reserve the right to decline or revoke permission for any pet that causes disturbances or is a safety thread A current (within 30 days) good health certificate from a veterinarian is required.
No weight limits. Breed Restrictions apply.

Income Requirements

Income requirements vary between AMI tiers. Lower AMI tiers require prospects' monthly gross income to meet or exceed two times the monthly rental rate. Higher AMI tiers require income to exceed the income limits for all lower AMI tiers, while not exceeding the maximum income limit. Households with incomes exceeding the maximum income limit are not eligible for the Essential Housing program. You will be asked to upload income documents for verification, and a valid government ID is required for each applicant aged 18 or older. Due to our Essential Housing program, monthly rental rates and income requirements will vary based on household size and gross annual income, with limits on maximum and minimum gross annual income.
