Our most recent housemate, a music teacher (now living with his girlfriend) set up a very nice music studio in the front office/bedroom. He composed and had many instruments, organized nicely. The picture frame molding with cable hangers is still in place (optional). Steel cables suspended his guitars, he applied earthquake putty to attach attractive sound tiles. The room is 12 ft.² cube and has good lighting and closet space. The back office/bedroom off the kitchen has a standard ceiling height in a medium sized bedroom, closet space and two east facing windows.

The house is well maintained, built in the late 1880’s as part of a larger dairy cooperative which later became “Berkeley Farms”.
