This House was built in the late 1880’s as part of a larger dairy cooperative which later became “Berkeley Farms”.
About 30 years ago this 3 story Victorian underwent a major seismic upgrade. This included a lot of new electrical, plumbing, weatherization and sound proofing.
* Utilities, gas and electric, water, trash and recycle, Gigabit (Mesh coverage), Sonic Internet with possible upgrade to 10 GB, no data cap. Maybe you've noticed that utility bills have risen a lot especially PG&E. Trying to keep those costs down by supplying solar assist.
** The backyard garden is secured by a tall fence and locked gates.

**** California law specifies that a household occupied by seniors may be more selective about housemates. Habitation by more than one person in the middle flat is possible, but because of resources and other details which we may discuss one person is preferred.
