Looking for a new roommate who can join our 3 bedroom home in Concord. The house is a 15 minute walk to Safeway and Todo Santos Square (there are several restaurants, bars, and a movie theater there), and only a 5 minute walk to Concord Bart.
This room is on the third floor and you will have your own bathroom to yourself. The third floor is solely 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so you will not need to worry about anyone ever being in your personal area.The room will be unfurnished so you will have to bring your own furniture.
The second floor does include all the common space areas; Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, extra bathroom. The first floor is the final bedroom, backyard, and laundry room (with washer and dryer).
We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful and responsible (can pay rent/bills on time). You will be sharing with a young couple (M40 F37).
