I am a UC berkeley student who needs to move out earlier. I really need someone to take over the rent for Nov–Dec! Only $2000 for a whole 1b1b of your own. Can be extended to spring if you want to with no additional discount.
📍 Location: Elmwood (Webster st and college Ave) 10 min bus to the main campus
🏠 Room: 1b1b (can be used as 2b1b)
⏰ Available: November (move-in date flexible) – end of December 2025, or May 2026 (can be extended to summer if needed).
💵 Rent: Rents for November and December are $2000 only for one or TWO people (originally $2500/month for one person, $2650 for two)
