About the space:
Located in a quiet South Berkeley neighborhood, this cozy (150 sq ft!), fully furnished, and private one bedroom suite has an exterior private entrance and consists of three small rooms: a comfortable bedroom/working space, a kitchenette (microwave, minifridge), and a bathroom with full bath/shower. The 7x10 bedroom/working space has large windows that overlook a spacious fenced backyard that's private for your use - with comfortable outside patio dining table (not pictured, with umbrella). The unit is attached to the main house where I (the property owner)
- Easy street parking, no permit required, with street sweeping once per month.
- On major bus lines, and a 15m walk to Ashby bart.
- $1500/month, all utilities and internet included. $100/month additional pet rent.
- Laundry access and occasional full kitchen access possible (inside the main house) for the right tenant.
- Note that space/storage in the unit is very limited. Garage access (for a bicycle and a couple boxes) is possible.
