About the space:
- We live on the second floor of the house: in addition to the bedrooms, there’s a spacious living room, craftsman-style kitchen, a bathroom with a clawfoot bathtub, and a back patio that opens up to a beautiful view of Ashby St.
- Washer/Dryer units are included and accessible from the back patio
- Internet + utilities come out to ~$70/month
- Street parking is available, there’s often spots available near the house and down the street
- Your room gets plenty of natural light, the house does as well (especially in the afternoon)
- All common spaces come fully furnished (e.g. kitchenware, living room furniture)
- We have lots of music equipment - in the living room we have a speaker setup with hundreds of tapes + vinyls to play if you're at all interested. There’s also a piano!

The house is centrally located in South Berkeley near key locations like Berkeley Bowl, Ashby BART, Whole Foods, Elmwood, Willard Park, and a 15-20 min walk from the UC Campus.
