Below is the summary of the application and move-in process
1. View the property.
2. Submit completed application for all adults with copies of 2 months of pay stubs.
3. I will review application, verify references, and notify you if we proceed to the next steps.
4. Sign and submit tenant screening authorization form with contact email addresses.
- Submit tenant screening payment. Tenant screening is $25 for each adult and non-refundable.
- Submit copy of driver's license.
- Do not submit but show me:
- 2 years of W2s of applicants
- Most current 2 months of bank statements
- Verify social security number with social security cards.
5. Wait for tenant screening results. I will notify you if we proceed to the next steps.
6. Sign 1 year lease agreement, pay deposit, first and last month's rent.
7. Perform the move-in walk through paperwork.
8. Handover keys and move in.
