Looking for committed Japanese study partner (berkeley)

I have been teaching myself Japanese but it has been slow. I can't afford classes and am hoping to find a compatible study partner to practice with regularly in person. I really thrive on structure and routine. I am currently loving Japanese city-pop and have a strong interest in Japanese food culture as areas of focus. So food related slice of life shows etc. are great.
I am flexible with hours but evenings would be best, the more time spent the better. I do not mind if you are more less advanced than me.
If you have a similar interest in really getting your Japanese on please respond and tell me your 3 or so favorite music acts and movies, they do not have to be Japanese media. I just think music and movies are nice quick window into somebody's personality.
