This role combines hands-on accounting, financial control, and reporting and is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy, and working in a multi-country environment.
Accounting
- Full ownership of our QuickBooks Online accounts
- Ongoing coordination with SingerLewak, our CPA firm, regarding tax filings and annual reviews
Financial Control
- Build and maintain consolidated dashboards covering sales, expenses, performance, and key KPIs
- Support leadership and the Board of Directors with clear, reliable financial reporting
- Work across our entities in the USA, Mexico, Argentina, and Spain.
Qualifications
The following skills are REQUIRED:
- Degree in Accounting (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
- Experience with QuickBooks Online
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, and Google Docs
- Experience working with international companies
- Excellent English AND Spanish (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Autonomous, detail-oriented, problem solver, and team player
- Being based in Northern California a plus.
