BOOKKEEPER PART-TIME (berkeley)

compensation: provide salary requirements

We are a Construction Company seeking a reliable, highly organized and self-motivated part-time bookkeeper.

*Must work from the our office & Wednesday for payroll*

Duties include, but not limited to:
Prepare payroll and submit payroll taxes
Employee Personnel & Benefits
Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
Maintaining the general ledger
Prepare quarterly and year-end tax forms such as W9’s, W2’s & 1099’s
Prepare audits reports
Familiar with city and county taxes
Answer Phones & Filing

Requirements:
Experience in construction bookkeeping a plus
Proficient in Excel & Word
Advanced knowledge in QuickBooks & Intuit Payroll
Able to work and communicate well with suppliers/contractors
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient at time management, Confidentiality and Team Player
