Position Title / Information:
We are currently looking for experienced Remote Services Specialist for a well-established credit union in Martinez. This is a full-time temp-to-hire or direct-hire (for the right candidate) position that we are looking to fill immediately. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 1 year of credit union or bank experience.
• Providing fantastic customer service
• Addressing customers questions/concerns via phone/email
• Reset passwords
• 1 year of credit union or bank experience
• Basic computer experience
• Must have the ability to communicate professionally, friendly and effectively over phone/email
• Good organization skills (strong time management, good multitasker, attention to detail)
• Adept in working in a fast-paced environment (work to meet deadlines)
