Bay Area-based creative agency is looking for help from the community. We are producing a project for a non-profit client that relies heavily on images of flushing toilets. We have video of toilets being flushed from all over the world and we’re looking for more. (Empty bowls please! We’re not developing any kind of crazy fetish videos!)

What we’re looking for is video of a toilet flushing and a picture, or at least some kind of exterior shot of the location of the toilet. The final product will be used to raise money for a 501c3 organization that is working hard to help cure illness around the world. We’d love to be able to provide more specific detail, but alas...we can’t. (And...please don’t flag this post – there’s truly no reason for that. We’re trying do do something great that helps people in some of the poorest regions of the world.)

We’ll take any and all submissions as soon as you can send them! If we use your toilet flush in the project, we’ll gladly send you a copy of the finished piece. Thank you for your help!

Cheers!

Senior Models age 56+ needed for video shoot (napa county)

Pacific Retirement Services, Inc. (PRS), a not-for-profit organization that owns and operates fine senior-living communities throughout the U.S., needs senior models to portray residents who live at The Meadows of Napa Valley Retirement Community, which is located in the heart of Napa.

Models need to be age 56 to 75, have a nice smile, good teeth. No professional modeling or acting experience is necessary (but professionals are welcome also!). You just need to be comfortable in front of the camera. Terms are total buyout, no usage restrictions; you will need to sign a photo release. You will receive a nice lunch and snacks on each day of the shoot (and have a lot of fun!). Pay is a flat rate of $200/day. Call time will be appx. 8:30 am with a 5:30 pm release time (you will not be on camera for that whole time). For more information on Pacific Retirement Services, go to our website www.retirement.org. For more information about The Meadows of Napa Valley, go to www.meadowsofnapavalley.org, but be aware that the website is old and now under construction. The photos you see on the main PRS website will be similar to the type I will be taking for the Napa photo/video shoot. Please forward me a headshot or snapshot, along with your phone number and/or email address. You can email me directly at ellen@retirement.org. If you need to send your photo snail mail, please mail it to: PRS Media, 1200 Mira Mar Avenue, Medford, Oregon, 97504, Attn: Ellen Kimball. If you want to call me, 541-857-7766, M-F, 10am to 4pm.

Once I receive photos, I’ll be scheduling a casting session at The Meadows of Napa Valley (probably late June or early July).

The shoot will take place sometime in July 2009.
