The room is on the top floor of a two story house + carport. We do not have parking, but parking in the neighborhood is convenient. The room itself has three big windows that let in the near daily Mission sunshine, gas fireplace, big private bathroom with a jacuzzi, and a balcony. Our landlord lives behind the building and built the house himself a year ago. It is in top condition. The 4 roommates are currently all male, although we have had three female roommates during the year and are certainly open to females<br>
<br>
1 roommate is starting a business and works from home mostly. 1 roommate is quiting work at a Berkeley lab to pursue a climbing career. 1 roommate is leaving law to pursue a business plan and a solar future. 1 room mate runs an internet business from home.  We are all laid back, keep a clean house, and love to have a good time. We climb frequently at Mission Cliffs and have been known to have a few late night dance parties on the weekends. We love to cook, bike, camp, etc.<br>

Additional relevant info: We have an amazing kitchen, a big living room, den, balcony, top roof to view the city. Safe bike storage in back of the house. We have a double fridge-freezer that is well stocked. We have no TV's and no pets. We allow smoking but none of us are regular smokers.<br>

Who we want: Single person or couple who are laid back and friendly. Occupant must want to stay through the end of the year. Students or anyone else is welcome.<br>

Rent:  $1,000.00 includes the following:  PG&E, Cable, Internet Service, use of commona areas.  This will include the purchase of all household cleaning items...(i.e.. paper towels, bathroom tissue, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags..etc, etc.)  Also this will include the cleaning of all the common areas such as the kitchen, livingroom, bathroom which will be done on a weekly basis.  There is a coin-operated washer/dryer down stairs.  I can provide a bed, dresser, lamp and night stand if needed.

You:  Gainfully employed, with verifiable references.  Clean (wash your own dishes, help keep common areas clean.)  NO DRUGS, may consider smoking but it will have to be outside.  No weekday parties, if you want to have guest will need to let me know in advance. You pay your rent on time!!!!

Though the building is located next to the hospital and there are often sirens to be heard, the windows are all double-pane and provide excellent noise insulation. <br>

 There is one large bedroom that includes a cal-king size bed with a walk-in closet, large living room and a separate kitchen with a extra nook attached (can be used as storage or even as an office).<br>
This apartment is perfect for professionals and academics looking for a nice space to live and work in. I plan to be gone until August of 2009, but may even decide to stay longer. It is also possible That I will not be leaving until January, but at any rate the sublet would commence on the first of the month December or January.<br>

Interior Amenities:  This two-bedroom Tahoe-style property is on the bottom floor.   Upon entering the property, there is a long foyer.  The entry closet has a vacuum cleaner, mop, broom, bucket, dustpan, ironing board, iron, and hangers.  The galley kitchen is fully equipped with all of the housewares, bakeware, stemware, utensils, and appliances  everything from cheese grater to French corningware.  There is a screened window above the kitchen sink overlooking the small parking area and there are tree top views.  There is a pass-through counter to the dining room with cabinetry above and below.  The dining room comfortably accommodates four to six people and is set to entertain with table linens, five-piece place setting, candles, and fresh flowers.  The living room is furnished with an upholstered sofa and loveseat, occasional tables, and an entertainment armoire complete with all of the electronics.  Included are a 27-inch color television, VCR, DVD, CD player, and a stereo cassette player, all with remotes.  There is also a remote access answering machine with a hands-free phone, as well as touchtone phones and am/fm clock radios in the property.  There is a wood burning fireplace.  The back wall of the living room is also floor to ceiling glass with a slider leading to a large back deck over the water.  Plastic patio chairs, small tables, and a charcoal barbeque are provided.  The views from the living room, master bedroom, and the back balconies are of the water of Richardson Bay.  Mt. Tamalpais and rolling hilltop views are also pleasantly visible.  The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, with a wall of closets and a built-in desk, and a slider door leading to the back deck.  The master bath has an extended vanity with one sink, and there is a separate washroom with a shower/tub combination.   The second bedroom is located off a hall on the other side of the master bedroom.  The hall has two closets, one with built-in shelving.  The second bedroom has a slider door leading out to the front deck.  The second bedroom offers two twin beds, vaulted beamed ceilings, ceiling fan, and access to the guest bath.  The guest bathroom has a one-sink vanity and a shower.  The guest bathroom can also be accessed from the foyer.
Property Community Facilities:  The property community offers two outdoor pool and jacuzzi areas and a fabulous clubhouse with an indoor heated swimming pool, fitness/exercise center, locker rooms, sauna, internet library, lounge, and kitchen facilities for meetings or parties. People can dock boats at this community and individual boat slips are available to rent. 
Neighborhood:  The property community is along Richardson Bay, adjacent to the Audubon Society land, approximately one mile from Highway 101.  There is a small private beach plus hiking and biking trails through the Audubon land to Blackies Pasture.  Across Tiburon Boulevard are a grocery store, Milanos restaurant, a deli, and a cafe.  Downtown Tiburon is a few minutes drive and offers an excellent array of services, restaurants, and the Tiburon Ferry.

There is no wall separating the den area from the living room.
Property Community Facilities:  There is an outstanding clubhouse with an indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, a dry sauna, a fitness center, locker rooms, and a lovely lounge area complete with a fully equipped kitchen.  There are two outdoor swimming pools.  People can dock their own boats at this property.
