The Castro and the Mission neighborhoods are a quick bus ride away, with the 33 bus on the block. This will take you to the BART system for a trip to the East or South Bays. The N Judah is nearby and runs downtown all the way to Caltrain. Multiple other buses can be found on Haight street. Parking is street parking only but no permits are required in the immediate area. It is located near a school that is closed during the summer and so parking is easy during this time.

This is a private and furnished home so the owner is seeking responsible tenants who are trustworthy and respectful. Price is negotiable depending on duration of stay. Apartment will be cleaned before your stay but not during.

My husband and I are moving to South Korea in August for one year and we are looking to sublease our apartment for that time.

It's a spacious 900+ Sq Ft 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment, with hardwood floors throughout, a separate dining area off the kitchen, lots of closets (2 walk-ins), a dishwasher, and coin-operated washer/dryer in the basement. Both the bedroom and the living room are big and open. There is a partial-view of the bay and the GG bridge� which gets even better from the deck on the roof of the building.

We are asking for $2200, which covers what we pay per month. That is currently on the low side for the apartments that are renting in the area. SF rents have gone up quite a bit since we moved in 3 years ago, which is why we are trying to keep our apartment (plus we really like it and the location). We were planning to move our stuff into storage but we could rent the apartment furnished or partially furnished if you�d like. There may be parking available in the building (we'll check with the landlady if you're interested) but if not there are a couple of public garages nearby and lots of street-parking nearby. I park on the street and it's usually pretty easy.

The address is 1790 Jackson St (the cross-street is Franklin), technically in Pacific Heights, but not far from several Neighborhoods: Cow Hollow/Marina, Russian Hill/Nob Hill (2 blocks from Polk St), and Fillmore. We're relatively close to the Downtown Financial District and a quick commute to Marin, the East Bay, or the Peninsula. We would be happy to send you some pictures if you'd like.

I won't tell you you can't have people over, but when I'm out of town, you are responsible for everything in house, so be careful about whom you have over.

Loft is off Folsom st. in SOMA. 7 min walk to caltrain. bart and all kinds of buses. downtown is 10-15 walk. mission and hayes valley are 15-20 min walk.

We have an "inlaw" type studio available starting August 1. For those of you not familiar with an inlaw, it is its own living space on the first level of a house. You won't see us often, but we live upstairs (pa, ma, toddler, 2 cats).

The room is 12' x 15' plus a closet and small hallway. It has wood floors and a window looking into the backyard (gets good light). It comes furnished with a twin bed, futon bed/couch, table and chairs, drawers, tv with cable etc. No kitchen, but there is a microwave, mini fridge, all plates and utensils, and other kitchen items (grill, coffee maker, toaster etc). The bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The whole house is on wireless. The room is set up for someone coming with little more than a suitcase - everything you need is here - iron, clock, towels, blankets etc.

We're in the Outer Sunset. To get downtown, you can take the 16 Express from the corner (30-35 minutes to downtown) or the 71 (50-55 mins). To UCSF, you can take the 71 or N Judah a few blocks away - about 18 minutes. Their also is easy transport to SFSU and the VA via the 18 a block away. We are a few blocks from the beach and golden gate park. The neighborhood is interesting and around the corner there is a good grocery store, cafe, burrito joint, pizza place and more. Parking is easy.

We have a strong preference for someone coming short term... in the past we've had interns, UCSF residents, visiting professors and more. The room is available August 1. Rent is 895/month which includes all utilities.

Coming to town for more time than makes sense to rent a hotel? Small "efficiency" unit for sublet for $1200/ month for short-term stays of 1-4 months. This is a mid-sized bedroom with very small bathroom (shower/ toilet only with sink in main bedroom), and it's own separate entrance with a little table and chairs on the walkway to your entrance, so you can sit outside. Inside is a good quality queen -sized bed, desk and chair, and another tiny table and 2 chairs to eat at, plus a mini-fridge, microwave and toaster, and coffee maker. No hot plate or stove, so must be OK with preparing foods that are microwaveable or "take out"/ deli -style, or do-able in a toaster oven(lots can be done between these options actually!). This is at the lower level of my house, and is only a 1 minute drive (10 minute walk) to about 5 cafes and a handful of restaurants, and a 3-5 minute drive to another 100 or so restaurants in Montclair, Lake Merritt area, Glenview, Piedmont Ave. and Laurel District. It's also 2 minutes drive to the hills and is set amongst a neighborhood with panoramic views throughout, making for awesome walks. Bus-stop across the street takes you right to BART, or to other parts of Oakland. As the room/ bath are small, it is best situated for someone who needs a short-term spot and whose plans take you outside the home much of the time. Non-smokers only, no pets at all. I am looking for a 20 -30 year old female to sublet my room in my fabulous 2 bedroom apartment. I am flexible with the dates if you'd like to move in a few days earlier/later.

It's a great apartment with lots of light and very spacious. We're very close to downtown, bars, restaurants and public transportation. The apartment is fully furnished, but you would be responsible for providing furniture in the bedroom. We have wireless internet and cable in the living room and both bedrooms. We pay heat, electric and cable, which run us about $70 each per month. My bedroom is HUGE and has a small walk-in closet.

My roommate is female, 23 and works downtown in finance. She's friendly, respectful, responsible and has an awesome huge TV in the living room :)
