i am offering something temporary, although it might be able to last longer, but for now i am looking for a roomate to share my place for the month of december.

i have a one bedroom and i am planning on moving out to the living room to offer the small bedroom, while sharing the bathroom and kitchen.

i'm basically short on funds and need help with the rent so i thought if someone out there needed a temporary place, they might want to stay here, which would help me catch up on some bills.

depending on how things go it may go past december but i'd rather start with one month.

i'm a musician and i listen to a lot of music and occasionally work on something of my own.

I'm going to be out of the country most of Dec and parts of Jan so would like to sublet my room.
It's a 4bdrm apartment right on the top of Nob Hill close to the cable cars, busses, and Grace Cathedral. Excellent location!
The room is a spacious, furnished space with great views of downtown SF and the bay. The room also has a big flatscreen tv, large closet, desk, etc.
The apartment has a large kitchen, living room, and is equiped with everything you would ever need and more (xbox, loads of channels, etc).
Your roomates would be 3 professional gentlemen in their late 20's/early 30's. Industries include tech and wine (perks included!). One is British, one Swedish, and one American - great guys and loads of fun!
My dates are flexible. I could do all of Dec & Jan but can work with the right person and prorate the price. I'm charging less than I pay in rent and not charging for utilities (aka this is a good deal.) I just don't want to pay 2mos rent when I'm not going to be around.
