The Role:
WoG seeks a Senior Business Analyst/Programmer that is able to clearly understand our business model and translate those processes into our IT systems We are seeking a strong leader that has a holistic understanding between the integration of business and technology. This position will report to the CFO/COO.
The main responsibilities for this position are:
Strategic:
o Attend management meetings and give opinions on strategic decisions
o Analyze and coordinate the creation and adjust of workflows in the system to meet the ever changing dynamics of the business especially as it pertains to the acquisition of new customers and meeting their requirements
o Act as advisor for system based process changes
Managing our ERP platform Netsuite:
o Manage access roles
o Manage form/field permissions
o Create and maintain reports and searches for different departments
o Report and follow up on trouble tickets due to system errors with Netsuite
o Continue to strategize on how best to optimize Netsuite to make life more easy and efficient for different employees' roles
o Provide training as applicable
Developing and managing our Warehouse Management System:
o Manage access roles
o Develop and maintain data structures.
o Develop and maintain logistics functionality
o Address issues and develop fixes for existing codebase
o Provide training as applicable
Web Presence:
o Maintain web functionality on our multiple online storefronts.
o Maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors to ensure continued availability of services (SSL certs, Sales Tax Integration)
o Update look and feel of site as needed (when Marketing defines new style direction)
o Manage Google Adwords program to ensure best ROI
Ad-hoc:
o Prepare and present at Sales Conference regarding new technologies or roll out of new functionality as necessary
o Assist in preparation and execution of inventory counts as needed, especially the management of inventory counts
o Prepare and give employee evaluations yearly
o Create different web presences based on needs from different departments (i.e. Corporate Gift Platform, SmartCartQuiz.com)
