Your group can walk across the street to lots of hiking trails. In 2008 I added a very large hot tub in the back yard and a fourth bathroom to the guest quarters. This home has everything you need for a fun vacation in Lake Tahoe.

The uncovered driveway accommodates two vehicles but there's overspill parking a short block away. There are also lots of food options nearby.
We are skiers and snowboarders, Bay Area professionals in our 30s, low-key, generally liberal, sharing meals some nights, others not. A yahoo group works well to synchronize who is going up when and with how many guests for how many nights, ride-sharing and communicating about house issues.
