I had to cancel plans! Good resorts fill up well in advance of Holidays; this is a non refundable tune-off scheduled through a VI ownership.
I have Tuesday, 11/24 to Sunday, 11/29 at this great resort which includes 2 bicycles for your unit, multiple pools, hot tub, gym, tennis courts, wi-fi, lovely grounds..... after which you have all the restaurants, friends, fun, activities and sun of Palm Springs
This one bedroom will accomodate 4 people and this price equals $128 a night.
The resort is three miles from downtown, has a fully funcioning kitchen,is immediately downhill from Bob Hope's house and across the street from the Parker. Truly a great location to accessdowntown PS.

OUR CONDO: Our clean and spacious unit 6-109 overlooks the central tropical garden and is very closely located to the ocean, the pool and our assigned free parking space. 6 people can comfortably sleep in a king bed, a Murphy bed (to be installed in August) and a pull-out sofa. All mattresses are brand new. We have 2 cable TV's - in both the living room and the bedroom. We provide free high-speed cable Internet for you. The kitchen is fully-equipped. Linens and towels are provided. We also have two beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and some sand toys in the bedroom closet.

Some amenities I'd like to highlight:
Haleakala Shores is on the corner of South Kihei Road and Keonekai Street in South Kihei, 3/4 mile north of Wailea. Kihei is on the dry side of Maui and has the best weather on the island. Rainfall is rare in Kihei and the temperature is a perfect 75-85 degrees during the day and 65-70 degrees at night. Haleakala Shores is 25 minutes from the main airport at Kahului and 45 minutes from Lahaina and Kaanapali.
It has two master bedrooms, a large living room and dining room, a new fully equipped kitchen (with granite), a washer and dryer inside, and air conditioning in each room. The sleeping arrangements consist of (sleeps up to 6):

Located at 2024 Leavenworth Street, this beautiful flat is perfect for any occasion, whether it be a weekend away, an extended vacation, or a corporate rental. Less than a block to the 41 and 45 Union Street bus lines, it is also one block from the Powell-Hyde Cable Car line and two blocks from the popular twisted stretch of Lombard Street.
A reservation fee of $200 is required in advance and will also be used as the security deposit once the rental begins. Payments for rentals under one month must be paid in full in cash at the time of arrival or at the time of reservation if by check. The security deposit will be returned at the time of departure less any cost for damage.
