Well-established residential remodeling contractor in San Francisco is looking for experienced Project Manager/Estimator. Our company has been one of S.F.’s premier remodelers for over 35 years. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for an intelligent, construction-savvy person with attention to detail, killer instincts, proven experience in residential remodeling project management and a good sense of humor. 10 years experience in construction is required. Responsibilities include scheduling and site coordination of company personnel, equipment, material orders, subcontractor management and quality control. Duties also include estimating, pricing, client relations, processing payables for direct job expenses and invoicing projects. Excellent interpersonal communication skills required. Preferred software knowledge: MasterBuilder, Lotus, Excel, Word and FasTrack.
Benefits include: 401K, profit sharing, medical and dental insurance, holidays and vacation time. Salary: $75-$95K DOE.
