You will sometimes be working on well defined projects, at other times on ad-hoc work to meet business need, and at yet others, from a queued set of tickets. You must be comfortable working with minimal direction for extended periods, and at other times with almost daily interaction with management.     You will be operating at times as an individual developer, but at times also as a team lead coordinating and shaping the work of other team members.
