This candidate should have advanced knowledge of Selenium, including the design and implementation of a Selenium Automation Framework, the design and development of Selenium test cases, classes, and methods, as well as experience maintaining such a Framework and the management of regular executions of automated smoke tests and regression suites.
We are currently using Selenium RC, Selenium IDE, and TestNG. Java programming and QA Team Leadership skills are a plus. eCommerce Web QA and Agile experience required. Someone that can take this position
Must meet above skill set for QA Tester
QA Lead Experience on a major program-level initiative for an eCommerce website
Should have relevant on-the-job experience with all items mentioned in the below job description
Must also be able and willing to fulfill all job description tasks for QA Tester
Reviews QA Test Steps, QA Test Cases and QA Test Summary documents to assure that they comply with testing best practices and required templates
Mentors junior members of the test team
Coordinate standard testing processes across various departments
Effectively coordinates work, with various roles and levels, across the enterprise (including, developers, QA testers, business testers, Business Owners)
Facilitates meetings and coordinate work with people located remotely
Partners with other leads to track testing progress towards goals and to orchestrate the day to day testing work
Orchestrates appropriate Development Turnover Report walkthroughs (including all supporting documentation), with appropriate QA, Release and UAT Consultant personnel
Effectively reports Team Level metrics to management in a timely manner and in adherence with established report formats
Manages the Release Test Schedule to assure both deliverable quality and deliverable timeliness
Tracks and manages issues. Appropriately escalates issues to Iteration, Project, and/or QA managers
