A San Francisco based firm specializing in international and institutional trading and prime brokerage services is hiring a multi-talented release engineer/ QA engineer. This engineer will be working closely with both the development team and the QA team to produce and release to achieve the greater product quality. Are you interested in working in one of the most interesting parts of the financial industry? The role will involve learning about a wide range of financial products.
As a release engineer you will have the following duties:
•Create and maintain build and deployment system
•Compile applications specific to Windows environment
•Develop and implement test case automation scripts
•Work with engineering team to develop test cases for new features
•Initiate develop and implement data validation
Qualified candidates must have:
•Minimum of four years of professional experience as manual and automated block box software tester in a Microsoft environment, C#, ASP.NET, T-SQL
•Year in working in product release
•Must have strong knowledge of T-SQL, and Microsoft products
•Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, various tests, software development life cycle, and product release management
NOTE: This position for early risers only. Hours are 5:30AM-3:00PM. Schedule is not Flexible!
