SlideRocket is currently seeking an ambitious Sales Account Executives who wants to join the leader in online presentations http://www.sliderocket.com/. The ideal candidate is a self starter, extremely motivated, has a history of successful sales of business technology, creative, and has a strong desire to be instrumental in the future growth of SlideRocket and the formation of the sales organization.

Our ideal candidate will have 4+ years experience selling subscription based software or technology. A ‘quick’ consultative selling style is desired, coupled with the structure and organizational skills needed to drive deals to closure in a new business environment. Candidates must feel comfortable managing many distinct sales cycles with the goal of quickly closing smaller, transactional sales opportunities and strategically managing larger sales opportunities. Candidate may need to prospect, cold-call, and negotiate via phone an occasionally in person, on both transactional and high value/exposure deals. Additionally, the ability to identify, develop and manage a valuable prospect list based on our standard product offerings is crucial. This would be an inside sales rep with potential need to travel on occasion.

Key Responsibilities
• Developing and qualifying leads
• Phone prospecting to the ‘ideal target’ customers
• Proactive prospecting to the 'ideal target' customers
• Call into our install base of customers to expand their usage and number of users
• Obtaining needs and business objectives
• Preparing and presenting sales proposals
• Closing deals


Required Skills/Experience:
• 4+ years of quota carrying software or technology sales and account management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently close sales and generate revenues
• Strong track record of high level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
• Strong analytical abilities
• Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and presenting both over the phone and in person
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through
• Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles
• Previous Sales Methodology training preferred
• Enterprise technology sales experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast pace, team environment
• Strong computer skills, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce.com a plus
• Bachelor or University Degree required
