Prestigious national security company is looking for a Control Center Operator/Alarm Monitoring Technician to join its team in downtown San Francisco. Candidates with a minimum of two years security experience and one year in a high level Control Center needed to work in a fast paced multi-tasking environment. For the right candidate, six months of experience may be acceptable, but a desire to learn is a must. CSAA certification a plus. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with control center or dispatch experience looking to advance their career while working in one of the very best work environments.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Monitor alarms and either dispatch rovers or check video to clear alarm calls

· Monitor closed-circuit television (CCTV)

· Monitor remote video via web based software.

· Operate and monitor security surveillance software

· Respond to emergency situations

· Report writing



REQUIREMENTS:

· High school diploma or GED

· Clean criminal record

· Must pass 11-panel drug screen

· Excellent communication skills

· Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

· Must be able and willing to learn new security software applications

· Guard card preferred

· $18/hr. + overtime
