Market Connect Group is a premier service organization that partners with both manufacturers and retailers to increase sales at store level. We provide in store services to department stores, mass merchants and stand alone retailers throughout the United States. MCG is currently hiring a Brand Ambassador for a high end coffee brewer.
Positions Available
-Keurig Brand Ambassador- Merchandising and/or Demonstrating all throughout the SF Bay Area.
Job Descriptions
-Part time; approx 21 hrs per week.
19 hours in-store, 2 hours reporting
-Occasional Weekend Work required.
-Reports to District Manager
-1 Recap submitted every Monday
-Cover top doors in key metro areas on a regular basis throughout the season.
In Store Procedures
-Provides Market intelligence. (Competition sales and placement, customer’s needs, visual/fixture presentation, idea’s to create new business, etc.)
-Shares problems and issues and seeks guidance from District Manager.
-Educates and motivates store associates on product features and benefits and new trends and arrivals.
-Assist Customers in product selection on sales floor
-Develops relationships with store management, sales staff, and merchandising.
-Works directly with Bridal Departments to promote Keurig.
-Secures the best real estate for all products.
-Replenishes stock and ensures POS materials are on the floor.
-Enhances Keurig Presentations/ Follows Plan-o-grams
-Conducts Keurig demonstrations for special in store events.
Job Requirements
-Must have a personal Computer with Internet - Obtains in store instructions via website and reports via web reporting system
-Personal Digital Camera Preferred
-Drivers License and own Transportation
-Merchandising and Sales experience is required
-Flexible Schedule
-Weekly reporting on Stock status, display condition, upcoming events, etc.
