We are in search of a processors or underwriters to come join our team! Our company specializes in achieving mortgage workout assistance to financially troubled homeowners. The model that our company operates under has allowed us to become the premier loss mitigation company in the Bay Area.

Our company has never charged advanced fees for our services and with the new state senate bill that passed making the charging of advanced fees illegal for brokers and attorneys, our volume has exploded. While every loan modification company across the state is going out of business, our company is growing. We have always taken pride in our knowledge of this business and the ethics by which we operate and we are looking for like-minded people to come join us and take part in the excitement of being a part of a growing company.

We are offering a salary plus bonus pay structure for the right candidates with the following qualifications/skills:

• 1-2+ years of mortgage or loss mitigation experience as an underwriter or processor
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Familiarity using web/computer applications
• College degree and CA Real Estate License preferred
