Experienced resident manager for high end residential buidling on Russian Hill. Must be able to handle tenant requests while maintaining a pristine and secure environment. Candidate must be certified for fire safety and be familiar with the San Francisco Rent Ordinance. Light handyman ability and some light maintenance required. Small studio apartment and montly stipend included.
