We have a long term joint venture with a leading and reputable real estate company and place our Loan Officers within 50 local offices from Carmel to Santa Rosa.
Position Requirements:
„X Minimum of three years of recent experience originating mortgage loans
„X Must have recent history of successfully meeting production requirements
„X Must be motivated to set and achieve monthly sales goals
„X Must possess excellent communication and phone skills
„X Must have the ability to work independently
„X Must be customer-service oriented
„X Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office
„X Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities
„X Must possess analytical and problem solving skills
Additional requirements include:
„« Display professionalism and diplomacy with clients and co-workers
„« Possess sales/relationship building and customer service skills
„« Have a creative and innovative approach on problem solving issues
„« Ability to present and discuss confidential information with clients
„« Have flexibility in meeting work requirements
„« Must be detail-oriented and able to follow lending guidelines
„« Ability to work in a 100% commission only pay structure
