Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Greet prospective residents and provide information on apartment inquiries
• Show vacant units and tour the property
• Handle tenant requests
• Complete leasing/administrative paperwork
• Apartment marketing and advertising
Skills Required:
• Excellent written/oral communication skills
• Excellent at both phone and in-person sales
• Flexible; collaborative, ability to work with all levels of a multi-faceted corporation
• Extreme attention to detail
• Strong work ethic
• Self-motivated and hard-working
• High-energy and commitment to high performance in a busy, multi-task work environment
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
• 2 plus year of sales and customer service experience, leasing experience a plus
• Basic computer skills, typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.
**This is a full time position that will require you to work both Saturday and Sundays**
