The Bay Area’s premier First Time Home Buyer specialty company is seeking an experienced real estate agent who is customer service oriented and can help our first-time buyer clients succeed in becoming homeowners. Our programs attract hundreds of eager, pre-qualified first time homebuyers.
Agent will be provided appointments with pre-screened prospects who have attended our seminars and who are looking to buy throughout the Bay Area with the help of our special programs. Agent will often be teamed up with in-house lending specialist. You will NOT need to do any of your own prospecting or cold calling!
Minimum two years real estate sales experience and a valid California real estate license are required. Second language capability helpful. Must have a car and be available for evening and weekend appointments at any of our Bay Area offices and service buyers throughout the Bay Area. Local travel will be involved.
The successful candidate must be able to work in a team setting, represent the company well, provide exceptional customer service, and have good communication skills and patience. The primary service area is Alameda, Contra Costa, San Francisco and San Mateo counties. The applicant should live in one of those counties, as considerable time is required on the field in those areas.
You will be provided training in the many local, state and federal subsidy programs offered to our First Time Buyers and will have an opportunity to become an expert in this field. For more information please go to
