We are looking for someone special to serve in the role of Receptionist/Office Specialist for both Dave & Jake Stewart, agent-owners. This full time position is VERY REWARDING as our office truly helps people make progress in their financial lives every day.
This is an entry level position with room for growth and we are seeking a skilled individual with an upbeat and cheery demeanor. You must:
• Have the highest level of integrity

Some Tasks & Responsibilities will include:
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist/direct customers
• Greet and warmly welcome customers and visitors
• Ensure that the claims process is going smoothly
• File documents
• Prepare insurance documents as requested
• Set appointments for agents
• Post and send out all outgoing mail
• Make bank deposits once daily
