Schedule: 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm Saturday & Sunday
Salary: $13.50/hour
This is a 16/hour a week position with the possibility to pick up extra hours by covering additional weekday shifts. Willingness and flexibility to cover these extra shifts is imperative as holiday coverage will be an immediate need. If you are not in the Bay Area and available to work during holidays, please do not apply.
Because this position is part-time, we do not offer a benefits package.
This position reports to the Executive Assistant.
Job Responsibilities
• Answer phones
• Data entry and report pulling in Art Track & CRM (our data storage programs)
• Help maintain office supply inventory
• Put together purchase orders for ordering supplies
• Assist sales staff: maintain accessible supply of forms & stationary, photocopying of materials, mail distribution, provide coverage of floor as needed
• Tracking all UPS, messenger service logs, FedEx, and DHL packages as necessary
• Provide administrative support to Executive Assistant
• Assist administrative staff: typing reports, memos, or other assignments as need arises and as time permits
You need a college degree, a stable job history, references, a pleasant phone voice, an ability to handle multiple phone calls, experience/understanding of online ordering processes, good written and oral communication skills, and basic computer skills (MS Word/Outlook/Excel preferred, but we will train). This position may require schedule changes as needed for special events, some holidays, etc.
It is critical that you be willing to make a commitment to take your job seriously. This means arriving on time, and being available to work as scheduled on a steady, reliable basis.
