Tempus Group Corporation is a San Francisco based luxury goods company that is seeking a full time Account Executive Admin. We are looking for someone who is a hard-working, self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual who will support our growing organization. This position includes benefits.


Job Responsibilities:
• Answer phones, respond to customer e-mail inquiries
• Own the customer order fulfillment process: Sales order entry in Great Plains, coordinate with the shipping department to ensure order accuracy, and provide shipment confirmations to the customer
• Coordinate customer mailings and communication regarding new product, price changes, and events
• Provide support to our remote sales team, i.e. sales reports, assistance with orders, etc.
• Coordinate the ordering and shipping of visual & marketing materials to customers, assemble manuals
• Maintain contacts and prospects databases
• Track and manage consignment inventory
• Provide support to upper management
• Weekly and monthly sales reports to management
• General office tasks i.e. faxing, filing
• Special projects
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Good writing skills
• Self-motivated, positive attitude; assertive, friendly demeanor
• Analytical and logical thinking skills
• Ability to multi-task effectively and follow through on projects. Takes initiative but understands boundaries

• Solid work ethic

Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 2007 (including PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat. Must have Intermediate Excel skills
• CRM or sales order entry software experience. Great Plains experience a plus
• Sales support experience preferred but not required
• Computer/Technology Savvy
