This individual will report to the Senior Buyer and will be also provide administrative support for the Purchasing Manager. Responsibilities include all aspects of purchasing activities relating to Corporate, Marketing, Promotional, and Sales collateral as well as assisting with travel and events organization.<br>

<b>RESPONSIBILITIES:</b><br>
<br>
	Assist employees in identifying purchases and pricing based on need and company parameters<br>
	Research and acquire multiple quotes and vendors as required<br>
	Coordinate templates, art delivery, and proofs with Creative team<br>
	Help manage corporate Travel activity, both local and international support<br>
	Train and support all end users in PO requisition system<br>
	Approve and categorize vendors for A/P.  Ensure vendors adhere to Ubisofts corporate policies and payment terms.<br>
	Manage company P-Card transactions and end of month reconciliations<br>
	Manage ordering all general office and kitchen supplies<br>
	Review deliveries to ensure materials are received as ordered and in good condition<br>
	Take part in Quarterly Business Reviews to evaluate vendor performance <br>
	Provide upper management with tracking tools and reports to asses business trends and company performance<br>

<b>QUALIFICATIONS:</b><br>
<br>
	2-4 years Purchasing experience <br>
	Ability to complete tasks in creative and effective ways, to help determine best methods and procedures on new assignments<br>
	Solid experience in researching and purchasing materials on the internet<br>
	Excellent communication skills and great with people<br>
	Self-starter and organized with ability to multi-task <br>
	ERP system experience (PeopleSoft knowledge desired but not necessary)<br>
	Must have excellent computer skills (MS Office)<br>

Touch Revolution needs a part time day to day Lab Technician available to assist our engineers with PCBA rework, running circuit tests and assist with any other tasks that may need assistance.  This job is a part time position based on performance.  Proven track record of wide technical experience in microelectronics is a must. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior engineering staff to execute many aspects of prototype engineering work.<br>

-Direct the activities of the Smokehouse Operators and coordinate product movement during the cooling phase.<br>

-Develop and implement improved sanitation practices with respect to cleaning and sanitizing equipment and facilities.<br>

-Make certain that Sanitation personnel, Smokehouse Operators and any outside contractors working at night abide by company policies and GMP's.<br>

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of sanitation experience.  Some supervisory experience is preferred but not essential.  Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.  Must be able to handle situations as they arise with minimal supervision.  <br>

Evergood Sausage Co. is a USDA inspected facility, so excellent sanitation is essential to continuing operations.  Attention to detail is critical to assuring that the production areas are ready for the following day. <br>
