A leader in folding carton manufacturing is seeking an experienced Heidelberg Press Operator. The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of offset printing experience. Experience working on a large format Heidelberg CD six-color with coater experience is required. Previous (or current) folding carton experience is a plus.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to write routine reports (i.e. Press Book, Job Docket, and Daily Time Reports) and to effectively present the information to customers
• Must be proficient in a demanding pressroom environment comfortable with customer approvals and maintaining high standards
• Must be familiar with special terminology involving the position
• Must have ability to operate specific equipment or tools
