The Audio-visual specialist provides audio-visual support to the Bank in the scheduling, delivery, setup, operation and maintenance of all audio-visual equipment. Other responsibilities include producing and creating PowerPoint presentations, producing and programming interactive multimedia presentations, and assisting in video and audio productions. This position also requires some simple video and audio editing skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule, coordinates and sets up daily audio-visual equipment requests on AV Database.
Provides audio-visual support and training to bank personnel on audio-visual and multimedia equipment as necessary.
Create and contribute to PowerPoint and interactive multimedia presentations.
Assist the Audio-visual Producer/Director/Editor in the setup of video and audio productions.
Assist the Audio-visual Manager in the administrative duties of the Audiovisual Studio.
Encode streaming video files and synchronize PowerPoint presentations utilizing multimedia publishing software.
Maintain content on six video servers, 1 application server and 1 SQL database.
Trouble shoot technical problems regarding multimedia publishing software
Basic knowledge of video production: Camera composition, 3-point lighting and audio
Basic knowledge of video editing: digital video effects, music selection, audio editing.
Exercises good judgment when meeting the needs of clients.
Demonstrates a high level of organizational awareness
Other Duties:
Replication of all visual formats for distribution
Logs video footage for stock footage library.
Maintains all audio-visual equipment in working condition.
Provides AV support to monthly Board of Directors meetings
