Mosaic Mercantile is a national art supply manufacturer, distributor and on-line retailer. Established in 1997, we are the premier source for mosaic art supplies throughout the United States. We’re looking for a unique individual to help grow our wholesale business, coordinate our marketing efforts and assist in product development.
This is a great position for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, hungry to make a positive impact on a business. The environment is casual and creative, but hard working, fast paced and very customer-service oriented.
Some of the responsibilities include:
Participating in the design of our catalog, product packaging and marketing collateral.
Coordinating print ads, PR submissions and our packaging needs.
Participating in the development of new products.
Support to national chain store customers, independent art and craft stores and our sales representatives.
Planning and attending 1-2 trade per year.
The ideal candidate:
Has 2-4 years marketing experience.
Strong sense of design, attention to detail and customer service.
Has the ability to take initiative and work under minimal supervision.
Proficient in Quark, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Possesses a strong working knowledge of Excel.
MAC literacy.
Knowledge or interest in visual arts or crafts is a big plus.
Works well in a team environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Has a valid drivers license.
