The Interactive Designer will create innovative and engaging interactive ad units for a Flash video environment. Responsibilities
- Design interactive ads, including custom flash banners, flash movies, and new custom ads
- Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Work directly with Advertisers, Agencies and Sales teams to ensure that designs meet business and product objectives
- Provide product development feedback to Engineering team to facilitate future ad formats and development
Requirements
- 1-3 years of design-related experience, preferably in online/web company
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Flash and Actionscript 3 required
- Experience with Adobe CS and online video preferred
- Experience designing ad units preferred
- Experience with complex animation in Flash preferred
- Well-organized and ability to balance multiple simultaneous projects.
- Must thrive on working collaboratively in cross-functional team environment
- Attention to detail and consistency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelors degree in design or related discipline preferred
