As a primary Talent Source staffing program vendors at a large Redmond based Software Company, we staff for Program Managers, Marketing Specialists, Product and Graphic Designers, and Web Producers.
Job Description:
We are looking for a product designer with very strong visual skills. Responsible for designing user interfaces for web, software, and/or hardware products, writing functionality design specifications, designing and implementing prototypes, mock ups, task analysis, usability studies, personas, user flows, wireframes, style guides, navigational structures, and affinity diagrams, generating design ideas, presenting and selling designs to product group, understanding customer needs and motivations and integrates them into product design to contribute to user features and functionality, acting as consultant to other team leads and may manage external production and design resources.
Qualifications:
Must have experience with Flash or Director development
Must be able to work individually as well as collaborate
Experience incorporating Usability feedback into the design process
Knowledge of XAML
5 + years work related experience
2+ years of experience in a lead role
Strong knowledge of user interface and functionality design
Advanced knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS)
Fluency in standard design software tools( Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Experience working with Rich client or web applications preferred
Strong communication skills
Bachelors degree in related field preferred
