Senior Marketing Programs Manager

Workshare is looking for a Marketing Programs Manager to develop and execute demand generation programs. You will be managing all aspects of Workshare’s lead programs for the direct sales team for enterprise sales, working with our channel partners to increase lead generation in the mid-market, and helping the ecommerce team increase revenue. You will work closely with sales, support, operations, product management, as well as our partners. This position will report to the Director of Marketing

Responsibilities:
• Create and manage lead generation programs including email campaigns, webinars, tradeshows, user groups, and regional meetings
• Work with internal teams, channel partners and external resources to plan, to create and optimize content, customer segmentation, and messaging strategies of
all programs
• Create sales tools for the direct sales force as well as partner teams including promotional materials, sales scripts, email response templates, product launch kits,
etc.
• Engage customers to transform passive customers into evangelists and increase participation in testimonials and case studies
• Perform analytics to monitor end-to-end campaign performance, report on lead trends and adjust marketing tactics as necessary
• Approximately 5-10% business travel will be required to support and manage events across the United States

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years experience in demand generation and/or channel marketing experience for a technology company, at least 2 years experience managing
events
• Proven results with lead generation, event management, email marketing programs
• Solid understanding of all aspects of email marketing including deliverability challenges, testing, analytics, marketing automation experience a plus
• Clear and concise written, communication, project management, and problem solving skills
• Technically savvy with a good working knowledge of basic HTML
• Effective interpersonal skills to work with others as proven through successful influencing in previous work experience.
• Independent, self-starter who can prioritize and drive deliverables to execution with minimal supervision
• Experience with subscription-based software, and/or B2B software a plus
