Plutoz is an exciting start up in area of search and online shopping. We are looking for a highly skilled, hands on marketing manager to join our small team to launch a potentially blockbuster product. The candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to:
• Develop and manage innovative and cost effective online and offline marketing strategies to acquire customers and build brand
• Substantial knowledge of online media industry and online marketing strategies to attract advertisers to our new shopping and lifestyle search portal
• Thinks "out of the box" with ability to come up with creative solutions that are free or extremely cost effective
• Capable to develop a solid marketing plan for the company
• Ability to implement and grow company's social network and viral marketing strategy and program
• Understanding of SEO, PPC and Social Networking and grass root marketing online
• Increase customer acquisition by developing partnership channel with potential clients/partners
We are looking for high-energy individuals with great communication skills and a true "self starter" that have a history of success and a desire to win with the following skill set:
• 3-5 years of experience as online marketer or Internet media marketing.
• Experience working in a startup environment with a small team and limited resources Or Experience in Traditional brick and mortar company Or advertisement agency Or traditional media company (any experience within these areas are acceptable)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Well-organized and detail-oriented with great analytical skills
• Excellent eye for detail, consistency, and accuracy
• A minimum of 4-year college degree is required
