Purpose of Position: The Client Services Coordinator is SFGate's primary sales operations support role acting as a key liaison between advertising clients, account executives, advertising operations, and finance.

Essential Duties and Activities:

Provide advertising sales support as needed including (but not limited to):

Inventory availability requests
Order proposal and reservation
Resolving billing issues
Order delivery monitoring and reporting
Work closely with external clients and internal departments to ensure meet client expectations and resolve problems
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

Must pass 35WPM typing and computer efficiency tests
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be literate in MS Office (Word and Excel)
Must be detail oriented
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities
Experience with online advertising delivery and reporting systems a plus
College degree preferred
Experience with online ad systems (OAS, DART, APT) a plus.
