We are looking for an experienced litigation attorney to handle all aspects of discovery for our eight attorney family law firm. We need someone with a minimum of 5 years experience practicing litigation in California. The firm handles very complex financial and custody matters; the discovery in these cases is extensive and voluminous. We want an organized attorney, an expert in discovery, to organize discovery for the managing attorneys. We have a fantastic paralegal department to assist you; we need overall coordination of the issues, deadlines, and analysis of discovery materials.
