We represent consumers throughout the country in the areas of warranty litigation, consumer fraud, odometer fraud, truth in lending violations and landlord/tenant issues. The majority of our case load focuses on the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and the Song-Beverly Act. We have many cases pending throughout Northern California and we are looking for local counsel in the San Francisco Bay area to handle routine appearances (CMC, status conference, PMSC, etc.), dispositive motions, mediations, settlement conferences and depositions.
