Squire Sanders, a global law firm, is seeking a full-time billing and collections specialist for a temporary assignment. This position provides full service billing and collection support to assigned attorneys of the Firm. Duties include opening new matters, preparing and posting bills in the CMS accounting system and follow-up collection efforts. Position requires advanced client service skills, law firm financial billing and collections experience, advanced knowledge of Excel, superior judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision and assistance. Some college preferred or equivalent and/or related experience, preferably in a law firm. Must have strong communication and organizational skills and be a high-energy team player that is committed to outstanding client service and work quality. CMS experience is a plus.
