We need a contract Federal appellate attorney to perform legal research and writing on a pending matter in the Federal appellate court. Federal appellate legal skills needed are as follows:
- Highly developed Federal appellate law research skills.
- Highly developed Federal appellate law drafting skills.
- Highly developed Federal appellate law analysis skills.
- High degree of competency in researching procedural issues of the Federal appellate system.
- Access to a good on-line research engine, such as lexis or Westlaw.
