Small San Francisco financial district AV Preeminent rated plaintiff's law firm seeks a receptionist. We are a busy boutique plaintiff's trial firm representing catastrophically injured individuals.
As the Office Receptionist, you will be the main point of contact for our firm. Your responsibilities will include greeting visitors, answering a multi-line phone, directing calls, and administrative duties including some filing and scanning of documents. Some light typing may also be required. Must be able to represent the firm in a professional manner. The Job requires a professional appearance and ability to handle multiple and varied responsibilities with great attention to detail. Seeking a candidate who is a pro-active self-starter, a team player, and possesses a great positive attitude. This is a full-time position. You must be able to work 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (with a 1-hour lunch) Monday through Friday. Must be prompt and not prone to absenteeism.
