We are looking for a General Manager for our business.
General duties will be to oversee the daily operations of the shop, manage the work flow efficiently, provide excellent customer service, and quality control of vehicles.
Job duties and responsibilities include:
Supervise painters, estimators, body metal technicians and other technicians.
Act as a leader for the company and help to grow the business in any way possible.
Maintain a good relationship with insurance adjusters and other professionals.
Above all, ensure that the auto shop is a profitably run business with satisfied customers and employees.
Must have a winning personality and be able to connect with customers.
At least ten years of experience as a mechanic or a combination of education and experience is required.
An associate's degree in Automotive Repair or a related field is preferred.
All candidates must have excellent communications skills.
